Somewhat hard to find anymore, this Disston is intended for use with the diminutive Millers Falls Langdon No 16 1/2 mitre box. This one has a few minor cosmetic issues, but is otherwise clean and straight. The apple handle has a solidly repaired break in the grip and a thin sliver missing from the top horn, though neither will affect function. The plate has been sharpened a few times, so the measurement from the bottom of the spine to the tooth line measures about 1 7/8 inches. Due to limited adjustability, some Langdon mitre boxes may require a shim to be placed under the deck board to account for the slightly shorter saw.
