A relatively unknown maker or reseller, little information can be found on the Columbia Saw Works of New York. This example, a No 188, is 22 inches long with 8ppi crosscut teeth.
The blade is straight and clean. The etch is faint, but readable. The wheat-carved handle is in good condition. There is a repaired fracture in the top horn.
