Vintage John Pritzlaff Hardware 10 ppi Crosscut Saw -- Tool Box Saw (GM)
John Pritzlaff operated one of the largest hardware firms in Milwaukee, offering tools that equaled his competitors in variety and quality. This saw, "The Banner" No 60, was very popular with carpenters and woodworkers alike.
This saw was originally 18 inches long, but had been shorted to 15 inches by a previous owner. It is otherwise in excellent condition. The blade is smooth and straight with a bold etch. The beech handle is solid, with no cracks or chips. The 10 ppi crosscut teeth are perfectly formed and have been freshly set and sharpened.
