Though it does not have a medallion or a readable etch, the features of this saw indicate manufacture by Woodrough & McParlin. The description in the 1895 catalog matches the Model 1000. It has a walnut handle with a steel side plate and brass screws with a floral design. The blade was shortened to 21 inches by removing a damaged portion of the toe.
